Gunmen killed two policemen in Kabul

Kabul police say two policemen have been killed in an armed attack in the province.

Kabul police spokesman Ferdows Faramarz said a Ranger vehicle belonging to the security forces was attacked this morning by unidentified gunmen in the Paghman district of the province.

Mr. Faramarz added that two police officers were killed and another was wounded in the incident.

According to him, police investigations have begun to identify the perpetrators of this incident.

No group or individual has claimed responsibility for the attack.
