Night sightseeing was banned in all but three provinces

The Ministry of Interior announced that night patrols were banned in all provinces except Kabul, Nangarhar and Panjshir after 10:00 pm.

Ahmad Zia Zia; The deputy spokesman for the Ministry of Interior said that in this decision, except in Kabul, Panjshir and Nangarhar provinces, citizens in all other provinces should refrain from night patrols from 10:00 AM to 04:00 AM.

According to him, the decision was taken to prevent the Taliban from infiltrating the cities and safe havens of these provinces.

However, as Taliban attacks intensify and insecurity escalates, fears of the group’s influence in relatively safer cities have increased.
