Atta Mohammad Noor: Balkh fell as a result of a conspiracy

Atta Mohammad Noor, the former governor of Balkh province, says that as a result of a big conspiracy, Balkh province has been handed over to the Taliban.

He wrote on his Facebook page that in a large-scale, organized and cowardly conspiracy, all government facilities and government forces in Balkh province were handed over to the Taliban.

He added that the scope of the conspiracy was so large and deep that they wanted to trap my friend Marshal Abdul Rashid and me, but they did not succeed.

According to him, all officials in Balkh province are in a safe place.

Last night, the city of Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province, was handed over to the Taliban without any clashes, and now this group has complete control over all parts of Balkh province.
