Two athletes from Afghanistan arrived in Tokyo to participate in the Paralympics

The National Olympic Committee has announced that two athletes from Afghanistan have arrived in Tokyo for the 2021 Paralympic Games.

The committee said the two athletes left Afghanistan for France last week and then traveled to Japan.

Zakia Khodadadi in women’s parachuting and Hossein Rasouli in paradox are two athletes representing Afghanistan at the Tokyo Paralympics.

Meanwhile, on the opening day of the Paralympic Games, due to the absence of any athlete from Afghanistan in the ceremony, host country decided to carry the flag of this country by a Japanese man in solidarity and respect for the people of Afghanistan.
