Powerful explosion in Seyed Abad mosque in Kunduz province

Local sources in Kunduz say a powerful explosion took place inside the Sayed Abad Grand Mosque in the province.

No casualties have been reported so far, but eyewitnesses say at least 100 people have been killed or injured in the blast.

It is said that this mosque belonged to the Shiites.

Meanwhile, some eyewitnesses at the scene said that so far more than 50 bodies have been transported to the hospital by vehicles such as rickshaws and cars.
