Karzai met with the Turkish ambassador in Kabul

The former Afghan president met with Turkish Ambassador to Kabul Jihad Erginay to discuss bilateral relations.

Former Afghan President Hamid Karzai thanked the Turkish Education Foundation for equating the education of some 6,000 Afghan students and providing scholarships to the country’s youth.

In this meeting, the former President of Afghanistan called Turkey a close and historical friend of Afghanistan.
