A group of doctors and nurses from Turkey came to Afghanistan to provide health services

A group of doctors and nurses from the Turkish Doctors on Earth Association have arrived in Afghanistan to provide health services and treatment to patients.

According to the TRT news agency, Zabihullah Halim, coordinator of the Doctors on Earth Association in Afghanistan, said that 22 million and 800 thousand people in Afghanistan do not have access to adequate and healthy food and 8 million and 700 thousand people are facing severe hunger.

According to him, doctors on earth have been with the people of Afghanistan since 2013 by launching various projects, including the fight against hunger and providing medical services.

However, as a result of poverty, unemployment and the economic crisis in the country, most hospitals in Afghanistan are facing a shortage of medical equipment.
