So far, $ 900 million in cash has been sent to Afghanistan

The Taliban Central Bank says the total cash aid sent to Afghanistan so far is less than $ 900 million.

According to Bakhtar News Agency, Mohammad Saber Momand, spokesman for the Taliban Central Bank, said that so far 30 cash aid packages have been sent to Afghanistan by donor countries.

According to him, these aids amount to a total of 889 million and 600 thousand dollars.

He added that the central bank appreciates donor countries for sending such aid and calls on the international community to work with the Afghan people in other areas as well.
