Mottaqi: Kabul has made progress in establishing good relations with countries around the world

The acting foreign minister of the Taliban says that Kabul’s relations with the world have become stronger and the embassies of some countries will be reopened soon.
Speaking at a news conference today, Taliban Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mottaqi expressed hope that the group’s government would achieve good results in the future, saying that Kabul wanted good diplomatic relations with the world and that embassies from a number of countries would Reactivate in Afghanistan soon.
He added that the issue is separate recognition, but Kabul has good relations with countries around the world and has made progress in this regard.
According to him, the Afghan embassy is currently open in several countries and the embassies of other countries are open in Kabul.
However, after the Taliban came to power, countries that had a diplomatic presence in Afghanistan closed their embassies.
On the other hand, the interim government of this group, which has been formed for more than 10 months, has not been recognized by any country in the world.
