Mottaqi met with the Iranian ambassador in Kabul

The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban has met with Bahadur Aminian, the Iranian ambassador in Kabul.

Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesman of the Taliban’s foreign ministry, wrote in a tweet that Amir Khan Motaghi, the head of the ministry, discussed border issues in a meeting with the Iranian ambassador.

He added that in this meeting, both sides also talked about Afghan immigrants, prisoners, the fight against drugs and trade relations between the two countries.

According to him the two sides, in this meeting, they have also agreed to hold bilateral meetings regarding border issues.
