The head of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization has emphasized the need to fight terrorism in Afghanistan in a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Pakistan.
Shanghai Cooperation Organization President Shang Ming met with Foreign Minister Bilal Bhutto Zardari in Pakistan yesterday.
In this meeting, the head of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization emphasized the need to fight terrorism in Afghanistan and said that the Taliban should address the concerns of the international community regarding various issues.
They also emphasized on the continuation of girls’ education in Afghanistan and said that the caretaker government of the Taliban should respect the rights of all Afghan people and efforts should be made in the field of fighting terrorism.
These two officials emphasize efforts to fight terrorism in Afghanistan, while the authorities of several countries, including Afghanistan’s neighboring countries, have expressed concern about the presence of terrorist groups in this country.
However, the caretaker government of the Taliban says that no terrorist group is present in Afghanistan and the territory of this country will not be used against any country.
