The Acting Minister of Good and Prohibition of Evil of Taliban has demanded the expulsion of under-age youths from the ranks of this group and says that they should be sent to schools for education.

Mohammad Khaled Hanafi, the Acting Minister of the Ministry of Good and Prohibition of the Taliban, in a meeting in Badakhshan, asked the officials of this province to expel the underage youth from the ranks of the Taliban forces and send them to schools to learn.

He added: Those who have not reached puberty, are young people, should not be among the Mujahideen. If they are fired, take them to schools, teach them lessons and continue their education.

He also said in this gathering that the international community is trying to humiliate Afghan women under the pretext of human rights.

This is while Taliban officials had previously denied the presence of underage children in the ranks of the group’s forces.
