UNICEF: The risk of cholera outbreak has increased in Khost

The United Nations Children’s Fund has warned of the possibility of the spread of cholera in Khost province.

UNICEF wrote in a tweet that after the recent earthquake, the risk of outbreaks of diseases such as cholera has increased in the Spra area of ​​Khost.

This institution added that with the support of USAID, we have been able to provide safe drinking water to 1500 families from the most vulnerable families in this province.

It should be mentioned that the outbreak of Shabih Cholera has claimed the lives of dozens of people in most provinces of Afghanistan in the past few months.
