Flooding in Logar killed 20 people

Local officials in Logar say that 20 people have died as a result of floods in the center and several districts of this province.

The local officials of Logar Province say that these floods have started after heavy rains in the center and Khushi and Mohammad Agha districts of this province.

According to them, as a result of these floods, 20 people, including children and women, died, and about 3,000 houses were destroyed in Khushi district, and about 2,000 livestock were also lost.

Officials add that hundreds of families were rescued from this event and moved to a camp near Khushi district building.

It should be mentioned that this year, most of the provinces of Afghanistan have seen Madhesh floods, and as a result of these events, hundreds of people have died and thousands of acres of agricultural land have been destroyed.
