Mujahid: The world should choose a reasonable policy against Afghanistan

The spokesman of the Taliban called the withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan a great victory and said that the world should choose a reasonable policy against Afghanistan.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Taliban, in a statement on the first anniversary of the withdrawal of American forces and its allies from Afghanistan, asked the countries of the international community to choose a reasonable policy towards Afghanistan.

In this statement, he said: Let’s use the opportunities of this great victory and make tireless efforts to strengthen, order and advance the Islamic system and rule a completely strong, thoughtful and solid Islamic system.

He added: We observed that any policy of pressure and threats on the people of Afghanistan in the past twenty years failed and only increased the crisis.

In the continuation of this statement, Mujahid asked the international community to choose a reasonable policy towards Afghanistan and to respect the will of Afghans, independence and territorial integrity of Afghanistan.

A year has passed since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan, but still no country has recognized the government of this group.
