Kabulov: America and England are involved in strengthening the Afghan branch of ISIS

The special representative of the Russian president for Afghanistan has said that the United States and England are involved in strengthening the Afghan branch of ISIS terrorists.
Zamir Kabulov, Russia’s special representative for Afghanistan, wrote in an article that Britain and America are doing their best to strengthen the Afghan branch of ISIS.
He wrote: “The Americans, along with the British accomplices, are all trying to strengthen the positions and the destructive potential of the Afghan faction of ISIS, which is a tool to pressure the neighboring countries of Central Asia to separate them from Russia.”
He added that America is encouraging Taliban leaders to distance themselves from Russia and China by threatening to attack with drones.
Kabulov also said that the fugitive Afghan dissidents against the country’s authorities are secretly supported financially by the United States and its allies.
