Obaidul Rehman Nizamani was appointed as the new ambassador of Pakistan to Afghanistan

The Embassy of Pakistan in Kabul has announced that Obaidul Rehman Nizamani has been appointed as the new ambassador of this country in Afghanistan and has started his work.

The Pakistani embassy in Kabul wrote in a tweet that the new ambassador of this country to Afghanistan told the employees of the embassy during his introduction ceremony that strengthening cooperation between Afghanistan and Pakistan is his priority.

Obaidur Rehman Nizamani has previously worked as the Director General of Asia in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan and the country’s Deputy Ambassador to the United States.

It should be mentioned that before this, Mansoor Ahmad Khan was serving as Pakistan’s ambassador in Kabul.
