Taliban central bank auctions 13 million dollars

The Central Bank of the Taliban has announced that in order to maintain the value of the national currency, it will sell 13 million dollars by auction.

The Central Bank of Afghanistan wrote in a tweet that the bank will auction the amount of 13 million US dollars tomorrow (Wednesday).

This bank asked qualified banks and exchange and money service companies to participate in this tender.

The central bank added that the winners of the auction are obliged to clear their accounts by the end of the auction day.
