These sources say that the explosion occurred near a private hospital belonging to the third security area of ​​Talaqan city, the capital of Takhar province.

At the same time, the officials in the Takhar Police Command confirmed the explosion and said that the incident was caused by the explosion of a landmine and as a result, 4 people were injured.
