The severity of the cold killed 5 people in Badghis

Local sources in Badghis say that 5 people have died as a result of severe weather in Qads district of this province.

These sources say that four children and a shepherd died due to the cold weather in the areas of “Khairkhane Alia, Javaleq, Sheikha and Zad Saleh” of Qads district of Badghis province.

According to them, the children who died as a result of the cold weather include three girls and one boy.

Meanwhile, local Taliban officials in Badghis province have also confirmed this incident.

It should be mentioned that the intensity of the cold has increased in most regions of Afghanistan as a result of heavy snowfall and the communication routes of most provinces have been blocked.
