Six people died in a traffic accident in Badakhshan

Local sources in Badakhshan say that 6 people died as a result of a traffic incident in this province.

Sources say that this incident happened as a result of the overturning of a Land Cruiser type car in “Shajegun” area of Mayimi district of Badakhshan province.

Meanwhile, Moazuddin Ahmadi, the head of information and culture of Badakhshan province, also confirmed the occurrence of this traffic incident and said that the cause of this incident was the road ice.

The head of information and culture of Badakhshan adds that as a result of this incident, six people, including women, children and men, died and three others were injured.

It should be noted that since one week, the residents of most of the provinces of Afghanistan are experiencing an unprecedented cold, and the roads of most of these provinces have been blocked for traffic due to heavy snowfall.
