The Balkh Police Command said in a newsletter that two kidnappers were killed by the security forces when they tried to kidnap a person in this province.

The news report states that this incident took place last night (Sunday) in the 10th Security District and one of the kidnappers was killed and the other managed to escape.

According to the newsletter, the person who escaped is wanted.
