Mohammad Kamran Habibi, the spokesman of the Parwan Police Command, says that this incident happened on Saturday afternoon in the fifth security area of ​​Charikar city, the capital of this province.

He added that the dead person’s name was Inayatullah and unknown people killed him with a knife.
