The Taliban announced the death of ISIS operational officer in Kabul

Taliban officials say that the general military and operational officer of ISIS was killed as a result of a military operation by the security forces in Kabul.
Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the caretaker government of the Taliban, said in a statement that two ISIS members, including Qari Fateh, the general military and operational officer of this group, were killed as a result of an operation on an ISIS hideout in Kabul.
He added that this military operation was carried out by the special forces of the General Intelligence Directorate last night in Zakirin town of “Khairkhane” district of the 17th district of Kabul city.
According to him, Qari Fateh was in charge of the ISIS security department for Khorasan, Kunar province and the eastern zone, and recently, attacks on diplomatic centers and mosques in Kabul city were carried out under the leadership of this person.
The Taliban spokesman added that as a result of this military operation, one ISIS member was also arrested and some ammunition was recovered from him.
