Two young girls committed suicide in Kunduz and Badghis

Local sources in Kunduz and Badghis report the suicide of two young girls in these two provinces.

Sources in Badghis say that a young girl committed suicide using a weapon in “Abkamri” district of this province.

Meanwhile, Sediqullah Sediq, the spokesman of the Badghis Police Command, confirmed the incident and said that the cause of the girl’s suicide is still unknown and investigations are ongoing.

At the same time, the officials of the Kunduz Police Command also say that a young girl hanged herself in this province.

According to them, this girl was 18 years old and committed suicide due to family problems.

It should be noted that suicide cases have increased in most provinces of Afghanistan during the last year and a half.
