Sources say that the explosion took place in the cultural center of Tebayan, belonging to the second security area of ​​Mazar-e-Sharif city, the center of Balkh province.

According to them, this explosion occurred when a number of journalists had gathered to celebrate the International Day of Journalists.

It is said that as a result of this incident, some people were injured, but the exact number of casualties in this explosion is not yet known.

It should be noted that on Thursday, a suicide attack took place in the Balkh governor’s office, as a result of which Mullah Dawood Muzamal, the governor of this province, was killed along with two other people.
