The special representative of the President of Uzbekistan met with Amir Khan Motaqi

Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesman of the Taliban’s foreign ministry, wrote in a tweet that Abdul Aziz Kamlov, the special representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan affairs, met with Amir Khan Motaqi this afternoon (Tuesday).
He said that in this meeting, both sides discussed comprehensively about economic, commercial and agricultural issues.
In this meeting, the special representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghan affairs said that his country is ready to cooperate with the Afghan side in the field of agriculture and water management.
He added that Uzbek experts are ready to share their experiences in agricultural fields with the Afghan side.
Following this meeting, Amir Khan Motaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban, also emphasized the expansion of relations between Afghanistan and Uzbekistan and expressed hope that the two countries will seek solutions to common issues through bilateral relations.
