The Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting on Afghanistan will be held today in Delhi

The annual meeting of the security secretaries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries will be held today (Wednesday) in Delhi, India, where the security situation of the region and Afghanistan will be discussed.

In this meeting, the secretaries of the Security Council of the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will talk about the security situation in Afghanistan, the presence of terrorist groups and drug trafficking in this country.

China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, India and Iran are members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

It should be mentioned that the active presence of ISIS in Afghanistan has been one of the major concerns of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Asian countries.
