Taliban freed a businessman from kidnappers in Balkh

The Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Taliban has announced that a businessman was freed from the hands of kidnappers by the special forces of the Ministry in the city of Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province.
The announcement of this ministry states that the forces of the special units of the Ministry of Interior and the 209th Fatah Army Corps of the Ministry of National Defense in a joint operation in the vicinity of the city of Mazar-e-Sharif, the center of Balkh province, have arrested a businessman from Azad kidnappers and two people from the kidnappers.
The Ministry of Interior added that this businessman was abducted a month ago in the first district of Mazar-e-Sharif by kidnappers and they demanded 300,000 US dollars in exchange for his release.
