Tom West travels to Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Türkiye

Tom West, the US special representative for Afghanistan affairs, is traveling to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, and Turkey.

The US special representative for Afghanistan said in a statement that he will meet with the officials and businessmen of those countries during his trips to Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Turkey.

He added that during his trip, he will also meet with the officials of the former government of Afghanistan who are staying in the mentioned countries.

Mr. West called the purpose of his trip to solve the challenges in Afghanistan.
