Sources in Takhar say that on Thursday, a female doctor was shot and killed by unknown gunmen in Talaqan city, the capital of this province.

According to them, this female doctor’s name is Zakira, and she was killed by armed men in the “Cheshme Shir” area of the Takhar-Kundz highway, in the vicinity of Taleghan.

At the same time, local sources in Samangan also say that a young boy was stabbed to death by unknown people in this province.

Sources say that this young man was 28 years old and was killed on Friday in “Iragali” village of Aybak city, the center of Samangan province.

Local authorities in Samangan province say that one person has been arrested and is being interrogated in connection with the murder of this young man.
