Ocha: More than 4 billion dollars are needed to provide aid to 23 million people in Afghanistan

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Afghanistan says that more than 4 billion dollars are needed to provide aid to more than 23 million people in Afghanistan.
OCHA tweeted that $4.62 billion is needed to provide aid to 23.7 million people in Afghanistan this year.
This international organization added that Afghanistan is facing the third consecutive year of drought, the second year with severe economic problems, the consequences of decades of war and frequent natural disasters, and humanitarian aid is the last way of salvation for many people in this country.
