The Taliban appointed a new governor to Kunar province

The Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Taliban has announced that Mohammad Ayub Khalid has been appointed as the new governor of Kunar Province according to the decree of Maulvi Hebatullah Akhundzadeh.
In a tweet, the ministry wrote that a number of officials and local officials participated in the introduction ceremony of the new governor in Kunar province, Maulvi Noorjalal Jalali, the administrative deputy of the Ministry of Interior Affairs.
In this ceremony, while congratulating the new governor of this province, the Deputy Minister of Interior praised his functions in different provinces in the civil and military sectors and wished him success in his new duty.
It should be mentioned that before this Maulvi Ahmad Taha served as the governor of Kunar province.
