OCHA: 717 million dollars are needed to provide aid to millions of people in Afghanistan

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in Afghanistan says that more than 717 million dollars are needed to help the millions in need in Afghanistan.
OCHA wrote in a tweet that the citizens of Afghanistan have faced many natural disasters in the beginning of this year and 717.4 million dollars are needed to provide assistance to millions of needy citizens in this country from April to June.
This institution added that the spring season in Afghanistan was associated with sudden floods, landslides and increased diseases
According to OCHA, in the current situation, Afghans are facing unprecedented levels of food insecurity, malnutrition, lack of water and drought-like conditions.
