The Taliban Ministry of Defense confirmed the crash of a military helicopter in Samangan

The Ministry of Defense of the Taliban confirmed the crash of a military helicopter of this group in Samangan province and announced that two pilots died as a result of this incident.

The ministry wrote in a tweet that this helicopter collided with the power tower yesterday morning (Sunday) in the vicinity of Sighanchi area of ​​Kholam district of Samangan province.

The ministry added that this helicopter crashed after flying from Mazar-e-Sharif airport to Samangan province with the aim of Gazmeh.

According to the Ministry of Defense, this incident is under investigation.
