More than 20 Afghan citizens were released from Pakistani prisons

Hafiz Zia Ahmad, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban, says that more than 20 Afghan citizens have been released from Pakistani prisons and returned to the country.

He wrote in a tweet that 25 Afghan citizens who were imprisoned in Pakistan’s Sindh province were released yesterday (Tuesday) with the efforts of the officials of the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad and the consulate of this country and returned to the country.

It should be mentioned that Pakistan has accommodated a large number of Afghan immigrants and in most cases most of them have been arrested by the police of that country due to lack of documents.
