Abdul Matin Qane was appointed as the spokesperson of the Taliban’s Ministry of Interior

The Ministry of Interior Affairs of the Taliban has announced that Abdul Matin Qane has been appointed as the spokesperson of this ministry and has started working.

The ministry wrote in a tweet that in the appointing ceremony, Maulvi Zainullah Aaber, General Director of the Ministry’s Office, Maulvi Abdul Rahim Saqib Seriavar, Minister, Maulvi Rahmatullah Kakazadeh, General Director of Public Relations, Maulvi Abdul Karim Haseeb, General Director of Passport, and other employees of this department were present.

According to this ministry, Abdul Mateen Qane was previously serving as a media policy advisor and spokesperson of the Ministry of Information and Culture.
