Türkiye expelled more than 200 Afghan refugees

Turkish media have reported that the country has deported more than 200 Afghan refugees.

Anadolu news agency reported that 229 Afghan refugees were deported from different cities of Turkey and returned to Afghanistan due to lack of legal documents.

During the past months, Turkey has expelled more than 2,000 illegal immigrants from this country, including 589 Afghan immigrants.

It should be noted that Turkey currently has the largest number of refugees in the world, and according to reports, most of them are Afghan and Syrian refugees.
