The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum announced the start of Sheberghan gas pipeline to Mazar-e-Sharif

The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum has announced the opening of the gas transmission pipeline from Sheberghan to Mazar-i-Sharif.
The ministry wrote in a tweet that at the inauguration ceremony of the pipeline, Shahabuddin Delawar, Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum and his accompanying delegation, Alhaji Muhammad Yusuf Wafa, Governor of Balkh Province, Maulvi Hamdullah Zahid, Administrative Deputy of the Ministry of Finance and Haji Muhammad Ibrahim Hekmat, Senior Advisor of the Deputy Economic Ministry have participated
The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum added that the gas transmission pipeline is about 94.5 kilometers long from Shaberghan to Mazar-e-Sharif and its costs are paid by the government.
According to this ministry, this project will cost 609 million Afghanis, and with its completion, the problems of people and factories will be removed.
