The Iranian ambassador in Kabul met with the head of the Taliban railway

Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the special representative of the President of Iran for Afghanistan affairs, in a meeting with the head of the Taliban Railway, asked him to travel to Iran in order to investigate the cooperation between the two countries.

The Iranian embassy in Kabul wrote in a tweet that during the meeting of Mr. Qomi, the special representative of the president and the head of Iran’s political delegation in Kabul, with Mr. Bakht al Rehman Sharaft, the head of the Afghanistan Railway Department, the expansion of railway cooperation was discussed.

The embassy added that Mr. Qomi has invited the head of the Taliban Railway to visit Iran in order to examine the fields of cooperation between the two countries.
