The fire in Balkh caused a loss of about 700,000 Afghanis

Local sources in Balkh say that huge damages have been caused following a fire in an oil warehouse in this province.

Sources say that this fire occurred yesterday (Monday) in the “Kamber” area of the 4th security police station of Mazar-e-Sharif city in an oil warehouse.

At the same time, the officials of the fire department of Balkh province say that the fire has been contained by this department.

According to them, as a result of this incident, about 700,000 Afghani was damaged to the owner of this warehouse.

However, the local authorities in Balkh have not said anything about the cause of this fire.
