Taliban whipped two people in Takhar

The Supreme Court of the Islamic Emirate has announced that the punishment sentence has been executed on two people accused of committing adultery in Takhar Province.

The announcement of the Supreme Court states that according to the Shariah decision of the Takhar Provincial Court of Arbitration, two of the accused of adultery were sentenced to punishment.

Officials of provincial departments, religious scholars and people of Taleghan city were present in the meeting that was started in Taleghan city to implement the sentence of Ta’zir punishment on the mentioned criminals.

The Taliban have already executed Taeziri sentences on the accused in most of the provinces.
