SIGAR: America has given 2.35 billion dollars to Afghanistan after the Taliban came to power

The Office of the Special Inspector General of the United States for the reconstruction of Afghanistan called the United States the largest donor to this country and said that more than 2.30 billion dollars have been donated to Afghanistan so far.

SIGAR wrote in a tweet that since the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan, America has sent 2.35 billion dollars in cash aid to this country, and this aid continues even now.

According to a SIGAR report, even after the fall of the previous Afghan government, America is the largest donor of cash aid to the people of Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, there are some claims that the largest amount of cash aid given to Afghanistan does not reach the needy people due to the intervention of the caretaker government of this country.

But Taliban officials have always denied these claims and say that no government agency interferes in the process of distributing humanitarian aid.
