The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs declared Saturday a public holiday

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Taliban has declared Saturday (19 August) as a public holiday.

The ministry said in a statement that Saturday is a public holiday in the country according to the 18th of August according to the Islamic Emirate’s calendar.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has declared Saturday a public holiday on the occasion of the withdrawal of US and NATO forces from Afghanistan and the coming to power of this group in this country.
