A shipment of Afghan grapes was exported to Russia

Local authorities in Balkh announce the export of the first shipment of Afghan grapes to Russia.

According to Salam Watandar, Asadullah Asadi, the head of the Balkh Chamber of Commerce and Capital, says that a shipment of 2,000 packet of grapes was exported to Russia through the Hairatan port.

According to him, this cargo will be transported to Russia by the refrigerated trucks of “Mohbet Sadat” trading company, passing through Uzbekistan.

The officials of Balkh province chambers of commerce say that in the near future, the process of exporting pomegranates, apples and agricultural products to abroad will begin through Hairatan port.
