Khaled Zadran: A person who secretly took pictures of women has been arrested

Khaled Zadran, the spokesman of the Kabul Police Command, says that a person who secretly took pictures of women and published them on social networks during the past few weeks has been arrested.

He wrote in a tweet that a person who has been secretly taking pictures of women in public places and publishing them on virtual media has been arrested by the employees of the Technical and Professional Department of the Ministry of Interior.

According to the spokesperson of the Kabul Police Command, the arrested person is under interrogation.
