The distribution of activity licenses to YouTube channels in Afghanistan has started

The Ministry of Information and Culture of the Islamic Emirate has announced that the distribution of activity licenses to YouTube networks has started.

Mohajer Farahi, the ministry’s publishing officer, says that the process of distributing licenses to YouTube channels in Afghanistan has begun and the Ministry of Information and Culture has set a new agenda in this regard.

According to him, applicants who have a YouTube channel and wish to obtain a business license must be graduates of journalism or have work experience in this field.

The publication officer of the Ministry of Information and Culture adds that this ministry does not allow unofficial YouTube channels to operate.

It should be mentioned that the activity of YouTube channels in Afghanistan has increased recently.
