Taliban condemned yesterday’s explosion in Ankara

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate has condemned yesterday’s attack on the Turkish Ministry of Interior in Ankara.

Abdul Qahar Balkhi, the spokesman of the ministry, wrote on the X social page that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan condemns the explosion at the entrance gate of the Ankara General Police Department, which injured a number of Turkish police forces.

Yesterday’s explosion in Ankara, which, according to the officials of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of that country, occurred at the entrance gate of the Ministry, resulted in the wounding of two police officers.

Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerli Kaya called this event a terrorist attack and said that two attackers attacked the ministry with a commercial vehicle.

According to the Minister of Interior Affairs of Turkey, one of the two attackers blew himself up in front of the gate of this ministry and the other attacker was killed by the security forces.
