In a telephone conversation with Motaghi, Amir Abdullahian promised to help the earthquake victims

Amir Abdullahian, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, in a telephone call with Amir Khan Motaghi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate, promised that his country would help the victims of the Herat earthquake.
Hafiz Zia Ahmad, the deputy spokesman of this ministry, wrote on page X that in this conversation, Iran’s foreign minister expressed his sorrow and condolences to the victims of the Herat earthquake and promised to help the earthquake victims.
In this conversation, the two sides have emphasized on strengthening and expanding the political and economic relations between the two countries, as well as strengthening the bilateral cooperation between Afghanistan and Iran.
