Sources in Herat report the occurrence of an earthquake

Sources in Herat say that an earthquake shook parts of this province this morning.

Sources say that this earthquake shook Herat and its neighboring provinces around 8 am today (Sunday).

At the same time, the US Geological Survey declared the intensity of this earthquake to be 6.3 on the Richter scale, as a result of which the electricity in Herat province was cut off.

However, so far no details of the possible damages of this earthquake have been provided.
